SHIPPING POLICY

We manage our own physical stock locally to ensure the fastest, most reliable, and secure shipping to our customers all over Pakistan.

• Delivery Timelines: * Rawalpindi & Islamabad: 1 to 2 working days.

  • Other Cities (Pakistan): 3 to 5 working days. (Note: Deliveries may face slight delays during public holidays, mega sales, or extreme weather conditions.)

• Shipping Charges: Standard shipping charges across Pakistan are Rs. 200. The final amount will be shown at checkout.

• Mandatory Phone Verification: We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Providing an active mobile phone number is mandatory at checkout. Our team will call or SMS you to verify the order before dispatch. Unverified orders will be automatically canceled.

• Order Tracking: Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, a tracking number & link will be sent to you via SMS or Email.
